On July 14, 2015, the Company changed its name to "China Nuclear Energy Technology Corporation Limited" (hereinafter referred to as "CNET"), formerly known as "China Nuclear Industry 23 International Corporation Limited"), and listed in the main board of HKEx under stock code HK00611. The Company adheres to the business philosophy "Sincerity, Reputation, Professional", always works hard, strives for excellence, and creates greater value for shareholders.

Since 1983, the Company has trained many talents have long been engaged in providing quality catering and hotel services and with extensive industry experience and expertise, so De Xing Restaurant and Ju De Xuan Cantonese Restaurant hold by the Company have developed into well-known restaurants in Hong Kong & Kowloon.

To resist risks and enhance the company value, the Company made a wide range of development actively in business diversification and achieved initial success. The Company’s PV business team has obtained qualification in power industry (new energy power) design & total contracting, new energy engineering advisory, electromechanical equipment installation engineering professional contracting, and foreign engineering contracting. The team has more than 30 patents in PV power system integration technology, and has completed dozens of PV power station with total capacity over 1GW, several biomass power plants, garbage power plants and other new energy projects. The backbone team also participates in preparation of PV power international standard, industry standard, army standard, province standard and more other standards. Early performance in those projects is highly recognized by customers, and also accumulates a certain amount of brand reputation for the Company.

China Nuclear Industry Maintenance Co., Ltd. owned by the Company is the only professional company under China Nuclear Engineering Group Corporation which engaged in nuclear power and nuclear engineering maintenance services. The company provides nuclear power plants maintenance, routine maintenance, engineering update and technical services, etc., and it has a nuclear power installation, inspection & testing, repair and modification, decommissioning of nuclear facilities, nuclear waste treatment, nuclear engineering maintenance, emergency services and other comprehensive service capabilities.

The controlling shareholder of China Nuclear Industry 23 International is China Nuclear Investment (Hong Kong) Limited ("CNIHK"), which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Nuclear Investment Company Limited ("CNIC"). CNIC is a wholly owned subsidiary of China Nuclear Engineering & Construction (Group) Corporation ("CNEC") and it’s investment platform in new areas and new business. CNEC is a key enterprise under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.
